How long after I order will my signs and cornhole boards be shipped?

All signs and cornhole boards will be shipped within 4 weeks of ordering.

Our seating arrangements are not finalized yet. Can I still order a seating chart and when do you need a final list?

Not a problem at all! All seating chart inputs need to be sent at least 1 week prior to shipping. If a seating chart is ordered, you will receive an email with instructions to submit your seating chart inputs. If your inputs are still in flux, just let us know and we will follow up ~1 week prior to your order is shipped for the final guest list and table arrangements.

Help! I forgot I needed a sign, and my wedding is sooner than 4 weeks! Do you offer rush ordering?

Absolutely! Our goal at Preakness Design Co. is to make your wedding planning less stressful! Send us a message, or choose from the rush order option at checkout to receive your produce within less than 2 weeks.

Are returns allowed?

As all of our products are custom-made, and tailored specifically for your wedding, we do not offer returns for any products. If a product arrives damaged, fill out our Contact Us form for to get more information.
