The Murphy Bar - Half-Moon Option

Weekday Rental

Weekday Bar Rental includes rentals on Monday - Thursday.  Bar rental pickup/drop off will be same day; with drop off in morning and pickup NLT 11:00 pm.  Need extra time?  No problem, request day-before or day-after pickup for an additional fee.
Drop-off between 8:00 am-12:00 pm day of event and pick-up no later than 11:00 pm.  You will be contacted the day before rental delivery to confirm times.

Weekend Rental

Weekend Bar Rental includes rentals on Friday-Sunday.  Bar rental delivery will occur on first day of rental and pickup will be second or third day of rental, depending on selection.  Delivery will occur either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday morning. Need extra time?  Request day-before or day-after pickup for a fee.
Drop-off between 8:00 am-12:00 pm first day of rental and pick-up at 8:00 am - 12:00 pm last day.  You will be contacted the day before rental delivery to confirm times.

How does it work?

  1. Fill out our inquiry below.

  2. Preakness Design Co. will review and get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if we have availability for your estimated date, and let you know your estimated cost based on rental location & number of days chosen.

  3. Renter approves estimates and confirms delivery date.

  4. Preakness Design Co. sends an invoice for $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your rental (due back within 1 week of invoice receipt) and contract to be signed by renter.

  5. 3 weeks before your event, Preakness Design Co. sends invoice for remaining balance, to be paid within 1 week of receipt. If your event is within 3 weeks, you will not be required to pay a deposit; full payment will be invoiced and due back within 1 week of receipt.

  6. Preakness Design Co. delivers rental bar at your desired location on your event date!

Rental Conditions

By agreeing to rent our Bar, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions:
- If the bar is damaged, broken, destroyed, or endures weather damages between drop off and pick up, you will be required to pay for repair or replacement costs of the product.  Minimum repair cost is $100 and maximum repair cost is $1,500.  Assessment of the damages is subject to Preakness Design Co.  
- Pictures will be taken at the time of bar rental drop off and pick up for documentation purposes of quality of the rental item.
- Rental date not guaranteed until bar rental is paid.  Rentals come on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
- Preakness Design Co. and its’ owners are not liable for any damages, injuries, or death that may occur as a result of the rental.  Renters and users of the bar take full responsibility of injury, damage, and/or death that may occur in the presence of the rental. 
- Non-refundable Deposit of $100 is required to reserve your rental period.  
- Bar Rental will not be delivered until final payment is received.
